Southwest Baptist University is adding a new graduate-level degree for educators. Applications are being accepted now, with courses beginning Spring 2021, for the Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership degree.

SBU Wind Symphony to welcome Marion C. Early High School at "Winds and Friends" on March 12

The Southwest Baptist University Department of Music will present "Winds and Friends," featuring the SBU Wind Symphony, at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, March 12, in Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.

Coronavirus update: Remainder of spring semester moved online

Due to continued developments in the COVID-19 outbreak within the United States, Southwest Baptist University will move all course delivery online for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester.

SBU plans on-campus classes for Fall 2020 semester

Southwest Baptist University plans to open all campuses for the Fall 2020 semester. SBU's Executive Cabinet is leading the planning process. Workgroups will explore various components given different scenarios the University may face and will take into account guidance from state and local officials.
