Southwest Baptist University officially dedicated the Don and Carrie Babb Department of Nursing and the associated training facilities on the Bolivar campus Thursday, April 4.

Southwest Baptist University's History and Political Science departments will be hosting a talk on the Missouri Constitution at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, in Rohrs Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.

The Southwest Baptist University Theatre program continues its 2015-2016 season with "All My Sons" by Arthur Miller. The show will be presented at 7 p.m. Feb. 25-27 and March 3-5 in Davis-Newport Theater on the SBU campus.
The Department of Music of Southwest Baptist University will present its annual Masterworks Concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 29 in Pike Auditorium. The department's massed choirs and orchestra will present "Stabat mater" by Gioacchino Rosini.
Southwest Baptist University's Bolivar campus is closed Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, due to inclement weather. Classes are cancelled, and offices are closed. The area is under an Ice Storm Warning through the weekend.
